Job Description:

  • Able to handle BPJS and all related paperwork
  • Able to prepare contract for staff/crew, offer letter and all related paperwork
  • Have a good communication skill for recruitment
  • Able to assist in payroll calculation
  • Preferable if able to join as soon as possible
  • Supporting the management team in there daily tasks
  • Assisting on other general office projects and tasks,
  • Overseeing the work of junior admin staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to communicate and write in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
  • Have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-throughs, and attention to detail;
  •  Must be dependable, proactive, and prompt;
  • Self-driven, with a good working attitude and good team player;
  • Willing to learn new skills;
  • Bali-based is preferrable;
